[PenDems (82)] Keeping tabs on the PenDem calendar

Pendemorandum (EXTRA)

We want you all to be up to date, but we don't want to bury you with Pendemoranda. There is a LOT going on between now and the upcoming June 3 primary. (For example, of how crazy it's getting, there are four or five calendar items that came right after the PenDemorandum went out today!) So we suggest that you:

  • Please vote early if you can this week!! You can get information on voting early and even download sample Dem party ballots for easier and quicker voting either today or on Election Day in Pennington County here: http://www.votepennco.com (If you're not in Pennington County, contact your local County Courthouse.)
  • Consider checking the current PenDem calendar between PenDemoranda, especially at busy times (like now, the week before the primary!). New events keep coming up! There are many ways to watch the calendar... Pick one of the following methods that works best for you...

    • Visit the PenDem home page: http://pendem.org (Make pendem.org your home web page this week!)
    • Bookmark this direct link to the calendar: http://qurl.com/17jwp
    • Google Calendar users can add the "Pennington Democrats" calendar to their personal calendar view.
    • The Pendem calendar can be "subscribed to" by many calendar programs (including Mac iCal and MS Outlook 2003) using this link (right click, copy link location): (ICS-link)

    • And here's the PenDem calendar RSS XML feed for the folks that are into that.

Thanks for all the things you do for Democratic values and candidates!

Register Democrats now!
With the primary only four weeks away, it's an important time to make sure your friends and neighbors are registered to vote. Folks in South Dakota have until May 19 to register as Democrats if they want to help determine the outcome of the race between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. Registering many Democrats now will put us in good stead for the fall (and the years to come)!
