The Pennington County Democratic Party will host a float and walk in the Labor Day Parade to support our local and statewide candidates.   Join us!     Monday, September 3 9:30am Black Hill Federal Credit Union (3rd & Main) Rapid City We'll have signs, balloons and candy.  We just need your time and enthusiasm.  See you on Monday!
