The pdf is a pretty big file, so we have posted the
images below if your download speeds are slow. Viewing them is a little tricky though, so we have provided instructions:
- FireFox, Safari: Click on the image, wait a bit and you'll see the image come up bigger, but still to small to read. Wait until the cursor looks like an hourglass over the image and then click again; you'll zoom in the rest of the way.
- Internet Explorer: Click on the image, wait a bit and you'll eventually see a big square "zoom in" icon appear on the image. Click on that to zoom in the rest of the way.
