On Tuesday, August 29, Gov. Rounds stayed the execution of Elijah Page in an extraordinary reversal of his publicly-acknowledged personal views towards capital punishment. Was this a pro-life decision or a politically-motivated decision? PenDems (and others) are calling for a bipartisan investigation.
