Wed. Sep 27, 7 pm, National American Univ. Lecture Hall, 321 Kansas City (behind the County Courthouse). Dr. Marv Buehner, a Board Certified physician in Obstetrics/Gynecology and Family Practice who has been practicing in Rapid City for 13 years, will give a presentation on the abortion ban's lack of exceptions for the health of the woman. He will talk about the serious health problems or illnesses ? including heart disease, strokes, and kidney disease, advanced diabetes, and breast, cervical and ovarian cancers ? which doctors may not be able to treat if the no-exceptions abortion ban is upheld. No matter where you stand on the issue, this presentation will inform your vote on Referred Measure 6.

At the PenDem Monthly meeting Thursday night, please come on out and learn about our GOTV efforts from our own Malcom Chapman and others. This is the real thing. As Howard Dean said, great ideas on governing aren't enough--we need to get elected. We urge you to come on out and learn how we will do it! See you 6pm this Thursday night!

Longtime faithful Dem Bill Walsh is planning a HUGE birthday bash to celebrate and raise some funds for the Democratic cause. Dublin Square Pub, at the Radisson Hotel, St Joe and Mount Rushmore Road, Rapid City!
Come on out to the candidate night at SDSMT at 5:30 to support our candidates, then join us at the Radisson to celebrate Bill's birthday from 7 to 10 pm at the new smoke-free Dublin Square Pub.
